RQ Construction, LLC is looking for a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our expanding Structural Engineering team based in Jacksonville, Florida. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. In this role, you will play a key part in the structural design and analysis of complex projects, primarily supporting Department of Defense construction programs. Responsibilities include performing structural calculations, creating CAD models, and reviewing drawings to ensure compliance with safety and design specifications. Required Education & Experience
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering required
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in structural engineering design, or equivalent in industrial construction projects required
- Prior Department of Defense (DoD) project management experience preferred
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, RISA, Revit, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel required
- Ability to travel to project sites as necessary
