Location: Laconia, NH
Pay: $19.54 – $22.93 per hour shift premium
Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 total ($1,000 at 6 months $2,000 at 12 months)

What you’ll do- Operate precision manufacturing machinery safely and accurately after training.
- Produce components that meet strict specifications and quality criteria.
- Monitor equipment and production flow, making adjustments as needed.
- Inspect parts, flag defects, and maintain quality records.
- Follow established manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures at all times.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Consistent attendance, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn new technical skills and follow standardized processes.
- Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
- Mechanical or hands-on aptitude is helpful but not required.
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–11:30 PM ( 10% premium)
- 3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM ( 15% premium)
