RPS Imaging is looking for a people first Service Manager to lead a
team, support customers, and drive service excellence across the Great Lakes region.
This role is ideal for a leader with experience managing teams and working directly with end users, whether in healthcare, technical service, operations, or a related field.
As the exclusive distributor for Samsung Healthcare radiology products in our region, we partner with providers to deliver reliable, high-quality imaging solutions. We need a manager who can develop people, build relationships, and elevate the customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of service associates
- Support customers and ensure a strong end-user experience
- Oversee service operations, scheduling, and performance
- Partner with Sales & Operations to deliver results
- Use data and feedback to improve service outcomes
- Own service performance and P&L
What We’re Looking For
- Experience leading teams in service, healthcare, or operations
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to manage priorities and drive results through others
- Technical or imaging experience is a plus (not required)
