Associate Store Manager - Rockport

RPM Storage Management LLC is a rapidly expanding, Texas based Self Storage Management Company with more than 3,000,000 square feet of storage property under management throughout the Lone Star State. Our goal is to hire intuitive Managers with good work ethic and solid communication skills who can adapt with our company. As RPM continues to grow, a primary focus is training- all new and existing employees are equipped with the tools and skills they need to perform at a high level.

Job Expectations:
-Providing professional storage rental services including all related customer paperwork
-Handle frequent phone calls to and from customers
-Selling moving and packing supplies
-Accepting payments and performing regular bank deposits
-Basic computer skills (such as regular emailing, checking social media ratings, video surveillance, ect.)
-Maintaining a working knowledge of company policies and procedures
-Keeping the property clean and doing light maintenance
-General office duties
