Pay: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour
1st & 2nd Shifts Available
Temp-to-Hire & Direct Hire Opportunities

As a Brake Press Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating brake presses while maintaining high-quality production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate brake press equipment safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints, travelers, and production documents
• Configure jobs and select appropriate tooling
• Perform and document machine maintenance as required
• Ensure quality inspections, sampling processes, and documentation are completed
• Identify and report equipment, tooling, or documentation issues
• Maintain defect-free production while meeting throughput goals
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of brake press setup and operation experience
• Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills
• Understanding of bending processes and manufacturing practices
• Ability to safely lift and handle parts up to 35 lbs.
• Forklift experience preferred
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• High school diploma preferred but not required
