What You’ll Do:
- Assist with processing job applications and pre-employment paperwork
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with candidates
- Recruit talent, manage job boards, and post job openings
- Conduct new hire orientations
- Prepare daily reports
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced office environment (Human Resources experience is a plus!)
- Outstanding computer skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills
- A team player with a commitment to exceptional customer service
