Overview
The Cybersecurity Analyst/Specialist supports client cybersecurity program initiatives and activities. This role requires practical hands-on technical experience combined with professionalism and client-facing communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform security assessments, vulnerability reviews, and remediation support
- Assist with endpoint, cloud, identity, and network security initiatives
- Guide security architecture and strategic technology decisions
- Support development of cybersecurity roadmaps aligned to business objectives
- Support documentation, reporting, and technical recommendations
- Collaborate with client IT and operational teams to improve security posture
- Participate in project-based security implementations and assessments
Preferred Qualifications
- 2β7 years of cybersecurity or IT security experience
- Hands-on experience with security technologies and operational environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, cloud security, EDR/XDR, SIEM, vulnerability management, IAM, or networking technology
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Relevant certifications preferred (Security , CYSA , SSCP, CISSP, Azure/AWS security certifications, etc.)
- Ability to work independently in a consulting/subcontractor capacity
