RPh on the Go is hiring a Staff Pharmacist for a growing specialty pharmacy in Nashville, TN. We are seeking a motivated pharmacist who is eager to learn and build a long-term career. This is an excellent opportunity for a newer graduate or pharmacist looking for mentorship and career growth.
Position Details
- Contract-to-Hire
- Specialty Pharmacy
- Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Low prescription volume
- CareTend software (training available)
Responsibilities
- Manage specialty therapies including hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and infusion medications.
- Educate patients and caregivers on medication use, adherence, and side effect management.
- Collaborate with providers, nurses, and care coordinators to optimize patient care.
- Assist with prior authorizations, insurance coordination, and patient access to therapy.
Requirements
- Active Tennessee Pharmacist license
- Multiple State licenses (highly preferred)
- CareTend experience is a strong plus
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow
