Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1 years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking two licensed Pharmacists for a 13 week travel assignment in Peridot, Arizonaone inpatient/ER role and one outpatient/clinic role. This is a federally affiliated tribal health system, so any active U.S. pharmacist license is accepted. Travel and housing assistance available.
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week; variable days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical pharmacy services in inpatient/ER or outpatient/clinic settings
- Dispense and verify medications, counsel patients, and collaborate with providers
- Manage inventory and support quality assurance initiatives
- Work with ScriptPro SP200 automation and RPMS EHR (transitioning to a new system)
Requirements:
- Active U.S. pharmacist license (Arizona license not required)
- 5 years of pharmacist experience, including 2 in a leadership/supervisory role
- BLS required within 30 days; ACLS & PALS required for inpatient/ER role (PALS may be obtained onsite)
- PharmD preferred; PGY1 residency a plus
