This position is designed for a skilled pharmacist with retail pharmacy experience, looking to work in a dynamic environment serving an average of 200-300 inbound prescriptions daily. You will be part of a supportive pharmacy team consisting of five technicians and two pharmacists, using Prime RX for order entry. The role offers a standard Monday through Friday schedule, working from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately filling and verifying prescriptions in a busy retail setting
- Providing professional consultation to patients and addressing their medication-related questions
- Collaborating with pharmacy technicians and the pharmacist team to maintain efficient workflow
- Managing inventory and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations
- Utilizing Prime RX software for order entry and record-keeping
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven retail pharmacy experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and workflows
- Experience with Prime RX is preferred but not mandatory
- Valid Ohio pharmacy technician license required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
