RPh On The Go is actively seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a 13-week contract opportunity with a specialty long-term care pharmacy in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for a pharmacist with LTC or retail pharmacy experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced dispensing environment and supporting medication needs for long-term care patients.

The ideal candidate will have experience with QS1 pharmacy software, strong order verification skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume pharmacy setting.

Position Details:
Setting: Long-Term Care (LTC) / Specialty Pharmacy
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekends: Rotating weekend coverage required
Duration: 13 weeks
System: QS1 Order Entry

Responsibilities:
Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and completeness
Perform pharmacist verification for prescription processing and dispensing
Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure timely medication delivery
Utilize QS1 pharmacy software for order entry and workflow management
Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
Support medication needs for LTC facilities and specialty pharmacy patients
Requirements:
Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License
Previous retail or long-term care pharmacy experience
Experience with QS1 pharmacy software required
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
