Per Diem Pharmacist – Bartlett, TN
Assignment Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Per Diem, 24–35 hours/week
Pharmacy Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM CST
System: CareTend
We are seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to provide pharmacist coverage and clinical oversight of daily pharmacy operations in Bartlett, TN.
Responsibilities
- Verify prescriptions, including medication selection and dosing accuracy.
- Provide clinical oversight and support daily pharmacy operations.
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians.
- Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and refill evaluations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and accreditation standards.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and audits.
- Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
Qualifications
- BS or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
- Active, unrestricted Tennessee Pharmacist license.
- 1–2 years of retail or hospital pharmacy experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic proficiency with CareTend and Microsoft Office.
