Responsibilities:
- Manage and dispense medications accurately for inpatient populations
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective pharmacotherapy
- Provide pharmacy support for overflow needs at nearby Women’s and Westside Hospitals as required
- Monitor patient drug therapies and provide clinical interventions and recommendations
- Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory pharmacy standards
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active New Mexico pharmacist licensure
- Minimum of one year of inpatient pharmacy experience (previously two years required)
- Demonstrated knowledge of inpatient hospital pharmacy operations
- Ability to work independently and respond to urgent clinical situations overnight
- Flexibility to support additional hospital locations as needed
