Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1 years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join a Rehabilitation Hospital in Boise, Idaho. This is a full-time, contract position with the potential to extend beyond the initial 13 weeks.
Schedule: Full-time, Day Shift, MondayFriday
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient counseling to ensure safe and effective medication use
- Perform order verification and medication review
Pharmacy Software:
Cerner & Pyxis experience preferred
Qualifications:
- Active Idaho Pharmacist license (required)
- Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Must be able to work onsite
