Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.We are seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist for a 7on/ 7offovernight positionwith a long-term care and hospice pharmacy located in Des Plaines, IL.Schedule:Overnight shift 7on/7off rotation(Rotating weekends)Job Duties:Perform verification and accuracy checks for all prescription refills and new orders Dispense medications in compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations Maintain and update resident databases, ensuring current and accurate medical histories Support workflow efficiency to meet the needs of LTC and hospice patients Collaborate with technicians and pharmacy leadership to ensure smooth overnight operations Requirements:Active and unrestricted Illinois Pharmacist license in good standing 2 years of recent experience in an acute care setting, or 1 year as a production pharmacist (preferred but not required) Management or supervisory experience preferred Experience or working knowledge of intravenous admixtures and IV therapy a plus Team/Culture:Supportive and dedicated overnight team within a long-term care pharmacy environment Stable, temp-to-perm opportunity with consistent scheduling Strong emphasis on patient safety, accuracy, and collaboration For more information on this position and other opportunities with RPh on the Go, please contact .
