Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000
- Commission Structure: Rentals: 8.5%, Sales: 4.5%, Labor: 1.5%

What You’ll Do
What you’ll be doing:
- Prospect and pursue bid opportunities within your territory
- Build relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, developers, mechanical contractors, manufacturing facilities, architects, and government agencies
- Use Salesforce to track opportunities, qualify leads from ConstructConnect, and document sales activity
- Communicate how our solutions meet both current and future customer needs
- Visit job sites to gather information and prepare accurate price quotes
