PCB Test Operators

2nd and 3rd shift positions available
$17-21/hr plus OT
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled PCB Test Operator to perform functional and in-circuit testing of printed circuit boards (PCBs). The ideal candidate will have experience working in an electronics manufacturing environment and be comfortable using test equipment and interpreting technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional and/or in-circuit tests on printed circuit boards (PCBs) using automated or manual test systems.
- Interpret schematics, test procedures, and work instructions to validate board functionality.
- Identify, document, and troubleshoot failed boards or components.
- Record and maintain accurate test data and logs.
- Ensure all tested boards meet quality and performance standards.
- Work closely with the engineering and quality teams to resolve test-related issues.
- Maintain test equipment and report any malfunctions or calibration issues.
- Follow ESD, safety, and cleanroom procedures at all times.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electronics preferred.
- 1 years of experience testing PCBs or working in electronics manufacturing.
- Basic understanding of electronics components and circuits.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with test tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and ICT/functional testers.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Experience with AOI, flying probe, or ICT test systems.
- IPC-A-610 or similar certification.
- Soldering and rework experience is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
