Per Diem Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)
Monday-Friday 8 HOURS A DAY
South Bay/Long Beach areas
You will be driving to hospice patient homes; Hospice Experience Preferred
$23.00/hr Mileage Reimbursement
Available CHHA positions include full-time (benefited), part time and per diem options.
As a member of our interdisciplinary team, the CHHA provides personal care services to hospice patients at their residence and in accordance with the plan of treatment as assigned by the RN Case Manager. The role of the CHHA is to increase the level of comfort, maintain patient hygiene and dignity and provide temporary respite and relief from total care responsibilities for the primary caregiver. Must be able to document in clinical record, follow assignments, utilize computers and be comfortable with electronic medical records.

Qualifications
- Current CHHA certification from the State of California.
- Valid driver’s license, and auto insurance, reliable and well maintained transportation.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
