A busy day gets harder when a request has no owner or a schedule changes without everyone knowing. We are hiring an Operations Coordinator in Montgomery to keep daily work organized and help the team follow through.
What you’ll handle
- Review incoming requests and make sure the details are complete.
- Update schedules, task lists, and shared records.
- Check progress with colleagues and communicate changes.
- Follow up on outstanding work and flag delays early.
- Prepare brief updates so the team knows what is finished and what comes next.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable asking questions, keeping accurate records, and working with people across a team. Experience in operations, logistics, hospitality, administration, or another coordination role is useful. You do not need to have held this exact title before.
