Hospitality Management Trainee (Entry Level)

Full-time | On-site | Five full-time shifts across Monday-Sunday, including some weekends and holidays; no overnight shifts

If you are already the person people rely on when a shift gets busy, this could be your move into management. We are looking for a Hospitality Management Trainee in New Orleans who wants to learn the full guest operation, not spend months watching from the side. You will rotate through reservations, arrivals, service recovery and daily team coordination while an experienced manager shows you how strong service decisions are made.
Your route through the operation
1. Guest welcome - learn check-in standards, local recommendations and clear handovers.
2. Reservations - manage booking details, special requests, changes and group notes.
3. Service recovery - investigate concerns, explain options and follow an issue through to closure.
4. Shift coordination - support briefings, readiness checks, task allocation and end-of-day reporting.

Experience can come from different places
Hospitality experience is useful, but it is not essential. Working terms and development
The salary is $46,000-$54,000.
