Communications Assistant – Wilmington, NC
We are seeking an entry-level Communications Assistant to join our Wilmington team. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys engaging with people, representing leading brands, and developing valuable communication, marketing, and customer engagement skills. You'll support the delivery of live promotional campaigns, build relationships with customers, and gain hands-on experience through full paid training from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent client brands at live promotional events and community marketing campaigns, delivering a professional and engaging customer experience
- Communicate directly with customers to answer questions, provide product and service information, and strengthen brand awareness
- Assist with the coordination and execution of communications initiatives, promotional events, and customer outreach activities
- Learn about clients' brands, products, services, and target audiences through structured training and hands-on experience
- Support the planning and delivery of live marketing campaigns while helping to maintain consistent brand messaging
- Track campaign activity, maintain accurate records, and assist with daily reporting and performance updates
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve campaign goals while developing the skills to progress into campaign coordination and leadership roles

Requirements:
0–2 years of experience (recent graduates welcome, any background), excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, a positive attitude with a willingness to learn, US work authorization, and the ability to travel locally for promotional events, customer outreach, and campaign activities.
