What this role actually looks like:
- Instead of hiding behind an avatar, you will be on the ground, interacting face-to-face with the public. You are the heartbeat of the campaign. On any given day, you will be:
- Driving Brand Engagement: Standing as the focal point at our live event setups, capturing consumer attention, and introducing high-profile client portfolios to the Dallas market.
- Managing Customer Experience: Executing face-to-face product demonstrations, handling customer inquiries with high energy, and creating memorable brand interactions.
- Tracking Campaign Metrics: Collaborating with the Event Director to measure daily consumer foot traffic, lead generation numbers, and promotional ROI.
- Stepping into Leadership: Participating in our daily morning strategy huddles, learning public speaking, team mechanics, and client management.
- The Growth Pipeline: This isn’t a dead-end street. We operate on a strict 100% internal promotion structure. Prove you can run a face-to-face campaign effectively, and we will train you to run the entire market branch.
