We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and commercially minded Brand Marketing Specialist to help strengthen brand identity and support marketing initiatives. This role is suited to someone who understands the importance of consistent messaging, engaging promotional materials, and a clear brand presence across different channels.
Working alongside the marketing team, you’ll help develop brand-focused campaigns, coordinate promotional projects, and ensure marketing materials reflect the organisation’s objectives and audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of brand marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across marketing materials.
- Coordinate the preparation of promotional content, presentations, and brand communications.
- Research audience preferences, market trends, and competitor branding strategies.
- Help identify opportunities to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with campaign objectives.
- Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.
- Track campaign progress, maintain project records, and prepare updates for the team.
- Assist with planning promotional activities and coordinating campaign timelines.
- Contribute ideas for new marketing approaches that support brand visibility and recognition.

Position Details
This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position based in Fort Worth, TX. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
