Role Description
Royle Printing is seeking an organized, customer-focused HR Generalist to join our team in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. This multifaceted role supports human resources, recruiting, employee engagement, accounts payable, front desk operations, and administrative functions, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, building relationships and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, applicants, employees, and incoming calls, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Coordinate, support and engage in recruiting and onboarding activities including job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling and coordination, candidate interviews, reference checks, onboarding processes and new hire orientations.
- Maintain applicant tracking and employee records.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, recognition activities and company events.
- Support internal communications and employee announcements.
- Reconcile company credit card statements and assist with accounts payable and administrative processes.
- Coordinate office supplies, mail distribution, meeting arrangements, and customer visits.
- Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources and leadership teams.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Office Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Accounts Payable, Administrative Support, Customer Service, or a related role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general office technology. Prior experience with HRIS systems is beneficial but not required.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
