What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise construction crews on construction projects
- Install and oversee framing, siding, window, and metal installation
- Perform general construction and remodeling work
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Train and mentor crew members while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of construction experience
- Experience with framing, siding, window, and metal installation
- Ability to lead a crew and work independently
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Preferred:
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in residential remodeling or new construction
- Past experience with metal detail work
