Working Foreman

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Foreman to join our dynamic construction management team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and coordinate various aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise will drive project success from planning through execution, fostering collaboration among teams and stakeholders. Duties

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate interpretation for on-site execution.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction teams, supervising daily activities to maintain quality control and safety standards aligned with OSHA regulations.
• Monitor project budgets, perform cost analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent overruns.
• Conduct site inspections with tools like ohmmeters for electrical testing, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, including pipeline components, using construction site experience to anticipate logistical needs.
• Manage project documentation including schedules, reports, and logs while maintaining detailed records of all project activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively on construction sites.
• Solid understanding of contracts, budgeting, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment on active sites.
• Hands-on experience with construction site activities including quality control inspections and use of measurement tools like ohmmeters.
• Familiarity with heavy civil or pipeline projects is a plus; strong project scheduling skills are essential.
• Excellent management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while ensuring project milestones are met efficiently. Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
