Position Overview: The Wellness Director will oversee the daily operations of our vibrant assisted living community and will implement creative strategies to achieve optimal resident occupancy. This role involves forming and nurturing relationships with local community professionals, overseeing various marketing channels, and delivering exceptional experiences to prospective residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute; innovative strategies to maximize resident occupancy.
- Build Relationships: Forge and maintain connections with local community professionals to enhance referral sources and collaboration opportunities.
- Facilitate Transitions: Assist in the pre-screening and move-in process to ensure a smooth and positive transition for residents and their families.
- Manage Social Media Presence: Create and share compelling content that highlights our mission and core values across various social media platforms.
- Oversee Marketing Channels: Utilize a mix of paid advertising, digital platforms, and traditional outreach methods to engage with residents, employees, and stakeholders
- Implement Follow-Up Strategies: Develop strategies to nurture relationships, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Manage CRM Tool: Oversee the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, follow-up activities, and optimize sales and marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- LPN - licensed in Ohio
- Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in senior living or healthcare administration
- Knowledge of assisted living regulations and best practices
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with PCC
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
