Royalton Reserve Senior Living is a new assisted living facility set to open in February. Being non-corporate, we operate as a close-knit team, often sharing family meals and including our staff in various activities. We do not rely on agency staff to maintain continuity; instead, our own staff pick up shifts to ensure adequate staffing. We have a 74 bed assisted living along with a craft/gardening room, massotherapy, cinema room, and more!

Position: Caregiver
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care to residents in our Assisted Living facility
- Operate in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and energy
- This is a universal worker position including housekeeping, caregiving, dietary, and activities
Requirements:
- Prior healthcare experience
- Professional references
