Position Overview:
- Maintain the organization and appearance of our luxury condominium property
- Perform minor maintenance, landscaping, plumbing, and electrical work
- Ensure the property is in excellent condition and create a safe environment for residents
Requirements:
- Hard-working, motivated, and energetic individual
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a super/handyman
- Fluency in English
- Basic knowledge of boilers, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
Duties:
- Monitor and inspect operating equipment daily
- Paint, grout, and clean apartments
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Maintain good relations with residents, tenants, and staff
Job Details:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
