Lobby Attendant Part-time

Lobby attendants look after the heart of the building. You keep an eye on the entrance, keep the lobby presentable, welcome residents and visitors, and report anything that needs attention to management. This is a steady part-time day role in a luxury residential building in Arlington.
Schedule: Friday and Saturday, 7am to 3pm.

The Job

You are the face of the building. On a typical shift you will:

• Welcome residents and guests and manage visitor access
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries
• Coordinate vendor and contractor access
• Keep the lobby and front desk organized and presentable
• Monitor the entrance and report issues to management
• Maintain records in the building software (training provided)
