Royale Company is a growing partnership with luxury, prestigious properties around the Dallas area. We are looking for professionals to help provide top tier customer service, and assistance as a concierge, to assist residents, guests, and staff throughout our properties. In this position you will not only be working as a lobby attendant, but assisting and managing a team of attendants for our residential buildings as well! You will be a primary point of contact for the team, building situations and residents. If you are someone looking to step into a leadership role, are responsible, and personable this position could be for you!We offer full time and part time schedules, steady work shifts, and all in a high-end, professional environment!
What you’ll be doing: Help managing the front desk, keeping up with residents’ and guests' questions and concerns, helping with mail deliveries, updating the residency’s database(s), and any other assigned tasks. Help managing team of attendants and concierges, and building coverage.
Qualifications: We are looking for somebody who is well spoken and friendly. While no prior experience is necessary, proven customer service experience is preferred. Good communication and organization skills, and basic computer skills are also a plus!

-Thursday-Friday 6PM-7AM
Compensation: $16/hr
