HANDYMAN FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE IN LUXURY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY ( PART-TIME)
We are seeking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our maintenance department .You will be responsible for all repair duties including, identifying the need for repairs and responding to clients maintenance requests.To be a successful Handyman, you will need to be proficient and hard-working, with exceptional problem solving abilties.We’ll rely on you to keep our facilities in perfect condition.
Responsibilities:
-Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems
-Regularly check building spaces to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns.
-Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
-Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs
-Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
-Perform maintenance and light repairs
-Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting etc.

Requirements:
- Must be able to work Weekends
-Proven experience as handyman.
-Good communication ability
-Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and paint
-Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
