Position Overview:
- Maintain luxury condominium property organization and appearance
- Handle minor maintenance, landscaping, plumbing, electrical work
- Ensure property is in good standing for a safe and comfortable environment
Requirements:
- Hard-working, motivated, and energetic
- Minimum 2 years of handyman experience
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge of boilers, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
Duties:
- Monitor and inspect operating equipment daily
- Paint, grout, and clean apartments
- Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning building systems
- Maintain good relations with residents, tenants, and staff
Job Details:
