ABCO Facility Maintenance is seeking a motivated, mechanically inclined individual to join our team. No professional repair experience is required. If you enjoy working with tools, learning how equipment operates, and solving mechanical problems, we'll provide the training needed to build a long-term career.
What You'll Do
- Inspect, clean, test, and troubleshoot tools and equipment
- Assist with repairs and parts replacement
- Work on generators, pressure washers, power tools, and other equipment
- Keep the shop organized, safe, and efficient
- Learn equipment and small-engine repair through hands-on training
What We're Looking For
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with tools and equipment
- Reliable, organized, and eager to develop new skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Shop, warehouse, automotive, or mechanical experience is helpful but not required
