What are the responsibilities and job description for the CMM Inspection Supervisor, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm position at Royal?
- Ensure that tasks are completed according to specifications, Concerto, and Intuiflow.
- Maintain a solid understanding of GD&T.
- Develop inspection programs using the latest CMM software.
- Identify fixtures, hardware, and software needs for CMM inspections.
- Develop and maintain CMM related to QMS processes.
- Research latest digital inspection technology.
- Reverse engineer parts and molds as needed.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation, record times to jobs accurately, and process and approve timecards for subordinates.
- Complete performance reviews of subordinates.
Work Qualifications:
- Formal education: 2-4 year degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: Working knowledge of CAD software; strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills.
- Computer Skills: Must be able to sue basic computer operations relative to data entry. Prefer ERP system experience and proficiency in PolyWorks CMM software (or equivalent).
