What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd shift CMM Inspector 3pm - 11:30pm position at Royal?
Work Qualifications:
- Formal education: Basic Blue print reading and an understanding of GD&T
- Experience: Quality and 3D-CAD experience recommended. Preferred experience with inspection template creation
- Computer Skills: Must be able to use common office software systems, including Excel, MS office
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Retrieve digital models.
- Create and save inspection reports.
- Learn, understand, and use PolyWorks inspection software.
- Use digital data and Model Based Definition to inspect parts.
- Load parts on inspection table and fixture correctly.
- Measure basic features without direction.
- Measure complex parts using programmer's instructions.
