We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a SUDP/SUDPT at our Sumner, WA location. MUST HAVE SUDPT LICENSE.
**SHIFT | Wednesday through Sunday | 8:30AM to 5PM |**
SALARY: DOE starting at $25 hourly
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff.
· Provide clinical services to clients in a therapeutic setting.
· Plans, organizes and facilities all aspects of a client’s continuum of care.
· Facilitate case-load groups as needed
· Clinical Documentation within EMR
QUALIFICATIONS
· Pass pre-employment drug screen
· SUDP/SUDPT WA State Department of Health Credential A MUST.
