We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Medical Assistant (MA) at our Lacey, WA location.
PRN position available - Mondays 8am-6pm
We welcome new graduates and willing to train!
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff.
- Assist in the self-administration of medications to clients.
- Manage accurate medication stock and MAR’s.
- Plan and coordinate client care.
- Document in an electronic medical record system care given.
- Implement appropriate interventions as needed based on doctors’ direction.
- Ensure medication and refills are provided on a daily basis with all Residential guests.
- Med Room audits and compliance required.
- Must be detail oriented and organized.
- Must be a good communicator and present self appropriately and professionally to all staff, guests, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years old
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Medical Assistant Experience
- Must be able to administer medication
Schedule:
- Monday: 8am - 6pm
Salary : $24 - $26
