We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a SUDP/SUDPT at our Lacey, WA location
Available Shift: Wednesday - Saturday (10hr Shifts)
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff.
- Provide clinical services to clients in a therapeutic setting.
- Plans, organizes and facilities all aspects of a client’s continuum of care.
- Facilitate case-load groups as needed
- Clinical Documentation within EMR
Qualifications:
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- SUDP/SUDPT WA State Department of Health Credential.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, flexible schedule
