Substance Use Disorder Professional / SUDPT

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a SUDP/SUDPT at our Lacey, WA location
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 10:00am - 6:30pm
Pay Scale: SUDPT - $23/hour SUDP - $28/hour
Responsibilities for this position include:
· Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff.
· Provide clinical services to clients in a therapeutic setting.
· Plans, organizes and facilities all aspects of a client’s continuum of care.
· Facilitate case-load groups as needed
· Clinical Documentation within EMR
Qualifications:
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- SUDP/SUDPT WA State Department of Health Credential.
- Documented Experience with chemical dependency and behavioral health
- Demonstrates Proficiency in Communication & Written skills, Knowledge of State & Federal Statutes Regarding Patient Confidentiality laws
- Willing to run group with up to 15 clients
