Duties
- Perform nightly reconciliation of guest accounts using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations.
- Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, property inspections, and adherence to emergency procedures to maintain a safe environment.
- Handle all front desk responsibilities during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems and in-person interactions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies with exceptional customer service problem-solving skills.
- Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure operational transparency and compliance.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation records, managing room assignments, and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance teams as needed.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing multi-line phone systems to communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and internal departments.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS).
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging with diverse clientele.
- Experience working at a resort or in a similar hospitality setting enhances your suitability for this role.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction via phone and face-to-face are essential.
