What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer School HS Secretary position at Royal School District 160?
Dates: June 15 - June 25, 2026
Time: 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., 7 hours daily
Pay: Paid at Secretary Current Step or Step 1
1. Assist in summer enrollment and attendance
2. Coordinate and complete end of the year summer reports
3. Manage parent communication and phone system
4. Assist in analyzing transcriptis for credit retriveal needs
5. Assist in transcripting earned credits
Preferred Staff Qualifications:
1. Experience in working with at-risk and bilingual students
2. Bilingual in English and Spanish
3. Experiencing transcripting credits in Skyward
4. High School Diploma or G.E.D. certificate
