Royal Ridge Fruits is hiring Seasonal Quality Control Technicians to support food safety and quality operations during our fast‑paced cherry harvest season. This is a hands‑on role on the production floor, helping ensure our cherries meet quality, safety, and customer standards from receiving through shipment.

✅ What You’ll Do
- Perform in‑process quality inspections on raw and finished product
- Check weights, labels, coding, condition, and general product quality
- Monitor and document compliance with GMPs and food safety requirements
- Verify lot identification, traceability, and product segregation
- Complete quality checksheets, logs, and documentation accurately
- Identify and escalate quality or food safety concerns promptly
- Support line clearance, pre‑op checks, and sanitation verifications
- Work closely with Production, QC Leads, and Supervisors
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in quality, food production, agriculture, or manufacturing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, seasonal production environment
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and leads
- Flexible availability, including long hours and weekends during harvest
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
