As a Start Technician at Prosite, you'll play a key role in welcoming new customers and delivering high-quality initial pest control services. You’ll perform detailed inspections and provide the first treatment that sets the foundation for long-term pest protection for homeowners.
What you'll do:
- Perform initial pest control services for new residential customers
- Conduct thorough inspections of homes to identify pest activity and potential entry points
- Apply first-time treatments using chemical and non-chemical pest control methods
- Explain service details and treatment plans to homeowners
- Educate customers on pest prevention and what to expect from ongoing service
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and customer interactions
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and industry standards
