This Graduate Management Trainee role is designed for an individual looking to build a long-term career in business sales operations, people management, and client services.
You will join a growing team that supports customer-facing campaigns on behalf of a major U.S. telecommunications and connectivity provider, delivering internet, mobile, TV, and communication services to residential customers and small businesses.
Rather than a classroom-style graduate scheme, this role offers hands-on exposure to how teams are managed, how campaigns are delivered, and how customer-focused operations run day-to-day. You’ll rotate through core business functions while receiving structured training, mentoring, and leadership development.
What You’ll Be Learning & Doing
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you’ll gain experience across several key areas:
- Supporting customer engagement and service campaigns in in-person environments
