Role Description

We’re currently hiring for an entry sales role designed to develop, leadership, and business development skills through hands-on experience. This position is built for individuals who want to move beyond working a job and begin understanding how teams grow, operate, and scale.

You’ll start by learning customer acquisition and communication systems through Face to Face sales, then expand into team development and operational responsibility based on performance.

This role supports a major national telecommunications client (disclosed during the interview process) and focuses on building real-world experience in generating revenue, developing people, and contributing to market expansion.

Qualifications

Prior experience in

• sales and marketing principles or a willingness to learn
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to support strategic decision-making
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced professional environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• Experience in leadership roles, internships, or relevant fields is a plus

Compensation

This is a performance-based role with weekly earnings ranging from $900–$1,200
