Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests with professionalism and efficiency
Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and resort equipment
Maintain and monitor the cleanliness, chemical balance, and operation of resort pools and hot tubs
Participate in emergency response and regular safety compliance training procedures

Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance or engineering, preferably in a hospitality or resort environment
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
Must be available to work weekends as well as PM shifts (typically 2:30 pm- 11 pm)
