Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments including commercial properties, office buildings, and post-construction cleans, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Training starts at $16.00 per hour during training and will increase as skill and experience grow.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change and launder linens and towels
- Ensure that restrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to maintain a streak-free shine.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
