Job Overview:
This Job requires the cleaning of a clubhouse of an apartment complex. The schedule is Sunday nights, Monday nights, Tuesday nights, Wednesday nights, and Thursday nights with each shift being 2-3 hours. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors. This is an entry-level position that requires Cleaning/Janitorial experience and a strong work ethic with commitment to quality.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks in various areas of the building, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and hallways.
- Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Clean and disinfect surfaces, including floors, walls, and countertops.
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Empty trash and recyclables, and replace liners.
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, stairwells, and elevators.
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- Must have own personal vehicle
- Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Skills:
