About the RoleWe are a high-volume Toyota dealership in Hillsboro, Oregon, seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee our vehicle inventory. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate vehicle tracking, organization, and presentation across multiple storage locations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the location and tracking of 400 vehicles across multiple storage lots
Create and maintain vehicle key tags
Hang and update vehicle price flyers
Ensure inventory accuracy and organization
Use multiple proprietary dealership software systems
Coordinate vehicle movement on and off dealership property as needed
Qualifications
Prior automotive dealership experience preferred
Lot porter or lot attendant experience is a strong plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficient with basic computer skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Bilingual in English and Spanish
